Just because you have been doing things a certain way for years doesn’t mean you are stuck that way, and have to live forever in a life that doesn’t feel like your own. Only you can give yourself permission to change. You have the right to evolve, rewrite your story and be who you want to be!
My Holistic & Life Coaching Workshop Course comes from the heart and is an opportunity to shift your path slightly. It is designed for educational and inspirational purposes to help guide you on your spiritual path. This course is not intended to “fix” what’s so, but rather deepen “what’s” possible in your life.
Deep down in our hearts, we ignore how we really feel and that many of us are not living our best lives. If we raise our spiritual vibration to attract what we want and desire we can be happier by letting the power to change our reality flow through us. Your spiritual vibration is the energy within us and it plays a large part in controlling our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
Philosophers say a spiritual awakening happens when your soul decides to wake up and influence your thought process and change the definition of your needs and wants completely. Spiritual awakening is when you are ready for a transformation. So if you feel all over the place, relationships seem different and life is not the same anymore, then you are probably in the middle of a spiritual awakening. This is good as it’s just a signal that you are ready to take the necessary steps for a more fulfilling life.
Remember that no matter who you are, or what your training is, whether you have taken self-care workshops a few times, read a self-care book, or think you have no time to fit this in, YOU NEED TO BE IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE. Self-discovery is not a one time event but an ongoing journey.
The only way to make sure your hopes, and dreams align with you, and you have fulfilment is to be continually working on what you want and need through living mindfully with continual support.
Who you were 10 years ago, 1 year ago, or even last week doesn’t matter. What does matter is who you are today, and what do you want from life today as you may not be the same person as before. Life happens and we grow and change at different rates and this growth is a fundamental need that you are born with. Ignore this and you will feel discontented in most areas of your life.
Putting yourself last and ignoring your own needs only leads to a meltdown and feeling like a basket case.
