There has been an explosion of research on ‘contemplative science’, and Mindfulness is one of these types of science. The research reinforces the fact that Mindfulness, meditation and other contemplative sciences can significantly reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and other nervous disorders. Research shows that Mindfulness training can bring: Greater Insight, Improved problem-solving, Better attention, Less selfishness, Less neurosis, More acceptance, and Greater enjoyment of life, Less ‘beating ourselves up’, and Better mind-body integration.

If you want to learn how to live through Mindfulness then start with my beginners lessons, or if you have looked at your life and feel like you are just existing, don’t feel like you are truly living, or simply wonder how you got to this point then my POSTIVE MINDFUL CHANGE WORKSHOPS are for you. As a qualified Life Coach I have combined my healing modalities to help you make the changes that will help you live your best life.

Any Positive Mindful Change Workshop can be taken in any order, and individually or in your own small group (up to 4) at my private clinic. Larger group sessions may be available and contact me to register your interest. Pricing depends on the number in your group & contact me for more information.

After each workshop, I encourage you to allocate dedicated thinking time, free from distractions, as this is where the real transformation begins. True change is driven by taking action and applying the insights gained during our sessions, which is why I space the workshops over a month to enable you to work on these tools before returning for the next one.

This Holistic & Life Coaching Workshop Course comes from the heart and is an opportunity to shift your path slightly. It is designed for educational and inspirational purposes to help guide you on your spiritual path. This course is not intended to “fix” what’s so, but rather deepen “what’s” possible in your life.

Deep down in our hearts, we ignore how we really feel and that many of us are not living our best lives. If we raise our spiritual vibration to attract what we want we can be happier by letting the power to change our reality flow through us. Your spiritual vibration is the energy within us and it plays a large part in controlling our thoughts, emotions, and actions.

To live a fulfilling, happier and healthier life, raising your vibration is important and so is matching your vibe with what you want and desire.

Philosophers say a spiritual awakening happens when your soul decides to wake up and influence your thought process and change the definition of your needs and wants completely. Spiritual awakening is when you are ready for a transformation. So if you feel all over the place, relationships seem different and life is not the same anymore, then you are probably in the middle of a spiritual awakening. This is good as it’s just a signal that you are ready to take the necessary steps for a more fulfilling life.

Remember that no matter who you are, or what your training is, whether you have taken self-care workshops a few times, read a self-care book, or think you have no time to fit this in, YOU NEED TO BE IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE. Self-discovery is not a one time event but an ongoing journey.

The only way to make sure your hopes, and dreams align with you, and you have fulfilment is to be continually working on what you want and need through living mindfully with continual support.

Who you were 10 years ago, 1 year ago, or even last week doesn’t matter. What does matter is who you are today, and what do you want from life today as you may not be the same person as before. Life happens and we grow and change at different rates and this growth is a fundamental need that you are born with. Ignore this and you will feel discontented in most areas of your life.

Putting yourself last and ignoring your own needs only leads to a meltdown and feeling like a basket case.
