Through Mindfulness techniques you need to examine the stress and look at your own relationship with stress. Yes – look at your own relationship with stress! Through a deeper understanding of your brains role in your behaviour and responses to stress you will learn to rewire your brain with neuroplasticity.
How we perceive objects, events or people through Life Coaching tools will be introduced as part of the 360 degree angle outlook. Learning to build a stress reducing lifestyle focus through journaling and reflection on what works for you with tools will be covered, as well as how to set daily affirmations for positive mindset for you to leave this workshop with the knowledge and motivation to start the process of cutting stress from your life. Lots of tools covered in this condensed workshop for you to work on over the coming weeks. True change happens with you rewiring your brain with daily habits.
This workshop will be concluded with a Relaxation Mindfulness Aromachology Grounding practice to help you build on your relaxation tools for bedtime to allow your body to get the rest it needs.
