Positive Mindful Change Workshop – How to stay focused and calm around others!
Navigating this world with others is easier once you look at others or situations with a 360 degree perspective.
This workshop is a powerful one and will help you understand how to get more peace and not be derailed by others! Continually feeling out of control and swamped by other people’s demands leads to burnout and unhappiness. But if I told you that your situation doesn’t have to change to improve things would you believe me? I am going to ask you these questions to highlight the need to gain valuable tools to always assess and evaluate how to live the life you want whilst living with others.

After welcoming you to your workshop with a grounding practice I will firstly delve into teaching powerful mindfulness practices to drop beneath what is going on around you. Not getting caught up in others drama or a situation so that you can see how to proceed is paramount to your success at staying true to what you want to happen in your life. You will also learn how to stop making up your own EastEnders style drama episodes.
I won’t shy away from telling you some harsh truths you need to accept about other people to make your life a little bit easier. These truths where the game changer for me personally! More brain facts come into play in understanding how we all react to a situation, and also how compassion plays a part in you remaining calm when dealing with others or a situation. I will cover how to set mindful boundaries and their importance as well as what to do when someone pushes your boundary.

How to actively reduce your Stress with science backed tools & techniques.
By just saying I’m stressed all the time and not actually allowing yourself to look at your stress from a 360 degree angle will get you no where. Through Mindfulness techniques you need to examine the stress and look at your own relationship with stress. Yes – look at your own relationship with stress! Through a deeper understanding of your brains role in your behaviour and responses to stress you will learn to rewire your brain with neuroplasticity.
How we perceive objects, events or people through Life Coaching tools will be introduced as part of the 360 degree angle outlook. Learning to build a stress reducing lifestyle focus through journaling and reflection on what works for you with tools will be covered, as well as how to set daily affirmations for positive mindset for you to leave this workshop with the knowledge and motivation to start the process of cutting stress from your life.
