Feeling stuck is just a signal that a fundamental need you where born with for growth is needing attention, and it is important to take some time to really look at your current way of life. This workshop covers how to notice when you are stuck in a rut and the steps to take to get out off that rut so can start being your true authentic self again.
Lots of techniques covered for you to find your own motivational tools to keep you moving forward implementing or working towards your new revised plans and dreams. I will also show you how to shake your weeks up with simple strategies when you have little free time so that your own needs for growth and development are met. This workshop is designed also for you to repeat time and time again to help you stay on track with your own self-care journey throughout life. Lots of tips and tools to inspire you through life.
