Positive Mindful Change Workshop Course 2 – Spring Clean

Let’s get real and make a lasting change!

Once you are living through mindfulness and feel more in control and a lot calmer in your life then you need to start unpacking where you are at, right now, in all areas of your life. Life is not a race and you won’t get to the finish line of an absolutely amazing life if you don’t spring clean it, then regulate it to maintain it. I prefer to think of the areas of your life as branches on a wise and strong sturdy tree going through the seasons. I will teach you how to work through each season of the different areas of your life branches in a positive and productive way. Rome wasn’t built in a day and you need to go away from this workshop and put the work in for you to make lasting change.

Learning more Mindfulness techniques and brain facts will help you understand how to tame a busy mind and give you the motivation to keep going in your journey to upgrade your life to align with your vision. I will help you through Life Coaching tools learn how to plan and implement your life audit in bitesize chunks for you to work on over the coming month before the next workshop. You will be able to set your own timeframe for you to unpack your life and lots of you may want to do this workshop on an annual basis to help keep you in the right direction for you. Simple tools taught but effective to get you to the life that you want.

Remember it’s common to have no idea want you want in life and this course gives you strategies to cut through your fog and uncertainty. If you follow the process and put the work in from my first two workshops you will be ready to move on to creating the vision of your life that you dream off.
