Positive Mindful Change Workshop Course 6 – Anxiety

How to actively deal with anxiety and rewire your brain to set you FREE from constant anxiety loops.

Before I tell you a brief summary of what’s in this workshop I would like to start with this

Recently a lovely client told me that she had successfully used some stress reducing tools I had taught her at one of my community workshops to get through a highly stressful and anxious time. Now I didn’t know this lady before and has no idea about her life, and she also had no idea she was going to need chemotherapy and radiotherapy for cancer and really need to use anxiety calming tools. So the moral of this story is that you need anxiety calming tools up your sleeve for those unknown times ahead, for the here and now if you suffer from anxiety, and also that attending my style of workshop to show don’t tell works. Hence the quote!

You need support to help you thrive in this life and when you are going through a stressful period you need tools to help you, and if you don’t stop and try them you are not actively working in a positive manner to help get rid of your anxiety. This is the WHY in why I designed my workshops and the fact that I have helped soo many of you is my holistic reward. Not everyone needs deep therapy to heal and my workshops are a good starting point. Like I always say in a simplistic way – When you are stressed your wrong brain function mode is on and you can’t make the best decisions or thrive when continually in this mode. You need to actively start working on a daily basis with tools and support to rewire and override your faulty wrong brain mode. In the correct brain function mode is where true change for less stress begins and you feel at home in your body.

Using a different layout style for this workshop helps the concepts covered sink in when your brain feels fried from anxiety. You will learn to understand your brain and why your anxiety loop is hard to shift, so it’s not your fault. Tools and techniques will give you a daily plan for your day so that you can successfully shift your perspective to clear any negative thinking. Mindfulness techniques to handle your emotions and practices to help you move out of your anxiety mode will be completed at this workshop to help you gain a full understanding of what to do at home.

You will learn simple techniques to abolish procrastination and to help you move into a positive mindset that helps you kick anxiety out off your life. Everyone will benefit from this workshop to ensure you are working from the correct brain function mode (my own term) that helps you thrive in life.
