Departure Workshop for starting your new satisfying life that aligns with you.

To be satisfied with one’s life is what we all want but it is not easy or that simple at times. We need knowledge and support along the way to reach our full potential, and the best start to changing or upgrading your life is to get you started with an opportunity to see and explore your world with a different set of eyes. This workshop is an invitation to cultivate the awareness needed to identify a lack of balance in our lives, as well as the ability to take intentional steps towards enhancing our lives. Think of this course as a way for healing from stress, as it opens you up to the workings of your body and mind, and makes you think about your actions and responses, and lets you choose your own path to healing based on your internal awareness alone.

I will start off this workshop focusing on teaching you why you need to be present in all aspects of your daily life with understanding true Mindfulness practices. Your first step is to help you locate where you are right now through Mindfulness. Nobody else is going to do the work to make your life a bit easier and feel more balanced. The work that you need to do right now to go from where you are, to where you deserve to be, changing what needs to be changed needs action. This workshop makes you think, observe and open your eyes to the real you and most of all, let you see that everyone needs to do this continually in their lives.

My workshop style mixes brain (neuroplasticity) information, Mindfulness living techniques, Life Coaching tools so that you learn why you have come to this point, and why Mindfulness is your key to unlocking inner peace. If you can’t see and feel what works or doesn’t work for you in your world then you will just keep going round and round in stress circles. Understanding your brain is key to your happiness and everyone has something to learn from this workshop. All tools and educational information is backed by science (anatomy) and research.

There has been an explosion of research on ‘contemplative science’, and Mindfulness is one of these types of science. The research reinforces the fact that Mindfulness, meditation and other contemplative sciences can significantly reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and other nervous disorders. Research shows that Mindfulness training can bring: Greater Insight, Improved problem-solving, Better attention, Less selfishness, Less neurosis, More acceptance, and Greater enjoyment of life, Less ‘beating ourselves up’, and Better mind-body integration.
