If you are suffering from constant sore, tight muscles in the body: back, upper body, arms & lower body then one massage treatment alone will not clear this problem. Most of you book a massage because your body has been out of balance for a while and is troubling you daily. This is what I call problem massage that could get worse if you leave it, and this is why I have designed this course. I need you to do energy skill movements daily to help correct your imbalance.

We all know that we need to do this and I promise that I have successfully improved soo many people, just like you, with minimal daily work for a short period of time, then for most just when required. My approach teaches you about your brains role in all this, and I believe that this approach helps you understand your body more and why you need to do something to change feeling uncomfortable within your body. You will take the knowledge learnt throughout this course to successfully improve your aches & pains (tension, sore backs,  arthritis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, headaches, sciatica etc).

SPA RELAXATION BODY TREATMENTS

These treatments are ideal for times when feel completely off balance and don’t feel yourself. From experience I know what combination of treatment techniques work to help you switch off your mind, and turn off your stress response within your body when life experiences are too much. You will leave feeling like that mini break, relaxed feeling with the help of an infrared sauna blanket treatment, to calm your mind with its soothing pain & tension relieving benefits. Infrared saunas have been shown to optimize the production and reception of the natural antidepressants in our brain, they have also been shown to help to lower the level of cortisol in the body, the chemical associated with stress and tension.

DESTRESS ENERGY CLEANSE & REBALANCE SPA TREATMENT

This treatment is designed to clear your negative energy from the inside out, allowing you to rebalance & fully recharge. Includes Mindfulness techniques, energy skill, acupressure, full body brushing with aromatherapy essential oil skin conditioning treatment. Dry brushing tightens the skin, removes dead skin cells, and assists in gentle detoxification that helps to break up that toxic fat buildup. The gentle oil application will help with lymphatic drainage and give your circulation a boost finishing with a sauna blanket relaxation treatment.You will leave feeling more grounded with your body reset ready to relax.

STRESS & ANXIETY SPA RESCUE WORKSHOP FOR ONE

For times when you need to zone out, release tight sore muscles, reduce headaches or jaw tension, and relax. It’s a follow me style of workshop so that you can relax. This rescue treatment includes seated energy skill movement to release neck, head, shoulder & back tension. A tapping meditation & Guided imagery to calm the mind with a soothing pain relieving infrared sauna blanket treatment. A deep sleep aromatherapy blend will be used for this treatment on trigger points, as well as acupressure. I will send you home with some homecare information on how to further release your head, neck and shoulders at home. Helps you regain a sense of calm in your mind & body. MINDFULNESS MOTIVATION WORKSHOP

Life force energy in abundance is want most people want and to get this you need to stop doing the stuff that is draining you. We all want the feeling of flow inour lives, of things feeling a little bit easier instead offeeling lost, stuck, depleted, exhausted and stressed. If you truly want to start getting guidance to send you in the correct direction to get peace and calm in your life, then you are one decision away from taking positive action. Change happens in the outside world and not in your head. You need to get out of your head and come and understand how your brain works in relation to trauma, habits and how emotions don’t rule you, how other people work, to name a few. By taking my course you will be able to safely unpack you and the work you need to do right now from where you are to where you deserve to be. This course is designed using multiple tools and techniques. Workshop 1 is designed for you to start dipping your toe style to see if you are ready to unpack you. Everyone needs to do this type of course several times throughout your lives as we all are a work in progress. Self care is a continual process and through my course you will be steered in the correct direction to feeling more content and happier in your lives.

 Over my career in holistic therapies I have witnessed, listened and felt all your baggage that life has thrown at you.
