Practices such as Mindfulness, Energy Skill (Chi Gung), Meditation etc work like exercise, doing it consistently helps us to generate a skill to stay in the present, try to get our head and thoughts to be where we want, in the here and now.

My workshops are aimed at helping you learn to implement relaxation techniques into your everyday lives to help you. I always recommend starting with clearing any muscular tension first, because if you are in pain or discomfort it is harder to feel relaxed.

My workshops help to eliminate muscle tension, promote recovery from fatigue, help you to rest, promote restful sleep, prevent stress, fatigue and insomnia, lower blood pressure, generate a feeling of well-being, help you improve self-esteem, reduce emotional stress, help the recurring of negative thoughts.
