Deep Sleep Therapies & Workshops
Your body works hard for you to be who you are all day long, but here’s the thing, it also needs to put in a night shift for you to thrive. Your bodies lymphatic system works silently at night doing a deep clean. During a deep sleep cycle your brain actually shrinks allowing cerebrospinal fluid to wash away it’s waste, and your lymphatic system also gets to work like your body’s toxic waste removal system. It collects excess fluids, filters out bacteria and viruses, and helps keep inflammation in check. So getting as much sleep as you can should be your priority so that you don’t suffer the affects of not enough sleep. It is your responsibility to help it do what is was wonderfully designed to do.
Sleep deficiency can cause problems with learning, focusing, and reacting. You may have trouble making decisions, solving problems, remembering things, managing your emotions and behaviour, and coping with change. You may take longer to finish tasks, have slower reaction time, and make more mistakes. Lack of sleep affects your immune system and studies have shown that people who don’t get quality sleep or enough sleep are more likely to get sick after being exposed to a virus. Lack of sleep can also affect how fast you get better if you do get sick.
So as a Mind – Body Holistic Therapist and Energy Healer this led me further into a fascination with energy fields. I observed that people’s health, your vitality, your ability to live the life that you want are all dependant on energy fields. Observing that more than 80% of you experience deep tiredness is why I added this section to my website. Now I am not talking about the tiredness you might feel at the end of a busy day but instead the tiredness that goes deep into your system. The tiredness can lead to exhaustion or even lethargy where it is no longer just physical tiredness. You feel like you are disconnected and just can’t find the energy to care about things. Or maybe your motivation has really dropped because of that level of tiredness.
My therapies have always been designed to help your body work as it should, and improve your quality of sleep because I know you really need it, and included in my top feedback comments for my workshops and therapies, from soo many clients, is that they got the best night’s sleep when this had been an issue for them. Off course other issues are addressed and I get lots of positive comments over the years but this issue of getting sleep to feel like a happier human shouts out loudest. We all feel more like ourselves after a good night’s sleep. We are human machines needing sleep to process our days, repair and renew our machine and this is one of our fundamental basic needs. We need this issue addressed and I am passionate about encouraging you to start working on your sleep health plan with me.
When I trained 5 years ago to be a Mindfulness Practitioner, and then Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and Life Coach, my interest in the brain and neuroplasticity deepened. I realised that I needed to get real with my self-care plan and iron out any issues that I have with a truly holistic mindset, and most importantly of all is that I had no option. Making my own rules up as I went along or not giving my body and mind the attention it needed doesn’t cut it with our human design model! One thing for sure is that my own practice of remaining positive and actually living each day through Mindfulness to keep all of me in balance has really changed my sleep pattern nowadays. I needed tools and the correct mindset to put myself first and give my body what it needed to thrive.
Now I want to tell you that you can do so much to help recharge your batteries. We all arrive into this world with the same human machine design model (you can’t fight this), and when you are ready to accept this and allow yourself to work on your bodies requirements to function and maintain your healthy body, I am here to help with my workshop and therapies. By actually stopping and pencilling in time to work on establishing a good sleep health routine by dealing with the issues affecting your pre- programmed human machine model is how you get better quality sleep. Your human design model arrived into this world able to sleep after all!

Deep Sleep & Stress Management Life Coaching Workshop – 2hrs – This starting therapy workshop is best for long term issues and when you need a different approach, or to even have an approach. Exhaustion zaps your energy and this workshop works on your physical & emotional health to calm an over-stressed & overactive mind. Take this workshop when you are completely exhausted all the time and you need help to reset your natural sleep cycle. After a wellness evaluation consultation I will work on any issues affecting your sleep and also help you work out your own plan with science based tools that work. We all are at different stages in our lives and we all handle things differently but we all have one thing in common – Our human design model that needs sleep. We all arrived into this world being able to sleep so we all can sleep! So if you can’t sleep its time to get real and work on your issues or reasons why you are sabotaging your sleep and affecting your health.
Some of you will need to learn techniques to quiet a busy mind, some will concentrate on letting go through EFT, some will need help with settling uncomfortable muscular issues, some will need help with Life Coaching or other therapy after this workshop also. This Sleep Focus workshop allows you to feel your techniques working and relax, as well as ease those trigger points of tension held within the body. You will feel your body systems respond to your instructions to give you positivity of working on your sleep health plan. Not a massage based workshop. Course of workshops or therapies available, and your sleep health plan will be discussed at your first workshop. These follow up appointment will be shorter appointments.
Please note that you need to deal with deep routed emotional issues otherwise you will stay awake and I recommend booking my first consultation appointment to establish your starting point before this sleep workshop if you need to address this. None of my therapies replace the need for counselling, G.P. or medical help when required.

Infrared Sauna Blanket – incorporated into my healing therapies is also how I help you ease muscular tensions, aches and pain with ease.
