This workshop is for when you are completely exhausted all the time and you need help to reset your natural sleep cycle. It is a working workshop and not similar to my Big Sleep workshops. It helps you understand your sleep cycle, learn how to calm the mind and relax the body to make sleep happen. You will learn how to understand the information your body is telling you and whether you are unconsciously sabotaging your own sleep cycle. You need to deal with emotional issues otherwise you will stay awake.
