My holistic wellness day therapies and workshops offer your team a chance to learn how to look after their amazing bodies, and see how easy it is to correct any imbalance within themselves. Hosting wellness days helps with mental health, promotes wellbeing and boosts team productivity. It is important to invest in self care for both your physical body and emotional body as any imbalances leads to sickness, poor health, poor productivity, and days off work.

Corporate gifting is available with British owned organic, ethically sourced, certified & proven results Neal’s Yard Remedies. Whether its a gift box of your own specification, or one of my bespoke collaboration at home wellness guides & product combinations you can help value your employees & suppliers with support for wellness at home. Products can also be sent directly to you, and contact me directly for your requirements, pricing and options.

Half and full day options available either to focus on posture & repetitive strain prevention, stress, muscular tension, Mindfulness, Sleep issues, or Restorative relaxation therapies. I can work with your team providing a workshop for a specific focus as a group, or provide holistic therapies 1-2-1. I can also co-ordinate a team of therapists to you on request, and this would depend on each therapists availability for your dates.

I design bespoke group workshops to suit and it is best to contact me to discuss your requirements. If you would like to organise health & wellbeing days throughout the year I can organise a series of workshops to follow on to incorporate the issues that you request.  Workshops can be held at the office, board room or arranged venue and can fit in easily with whatever space you have available – standing / seated / on the mat. I am a professional member of the Complementary Therapists Association and have full insurance.
