Holistic Retreat Group Workshops

All my workshops are ideal to intentionally give yourself a chance to slow down, reconnect, and feel like yourself again. This gives you an alternative way to take time out of your busy schedule by prioritising yourself for restorative self-care. You can invite your friends to join you, and spend quality time together when you know that you all need restorative care.
Larger Group Community Relaxation Retreat workshops will be held at various venues and events throughout the year. These workshops are for restorative relaxation and to help you take some time out as part of your stress management plan. They have different mind body focuses and vary in content and are not an exercise class. They are suitable for 14yrs+ and most abilities. Seated options at workshops.
I have plans to host set date stress management workshops at a serene location in nature a few times a year so that we can plan to just Stop, Breathe and Recharge regularly. I need your encouragement that you would like this to happen and please let me know. Simply send me a message to be added to my Relaxation Retreat notification list. Also if you have know anywhere with this type of venue who can accommodate a room for around 16 – 20 mats (for lying down on not exercise) with access to a nature walk let me know.
I can accommodate social clubs and groups, as well as link up with other activities to deliver a relaxing and fun workshop. Maybe you would like to put a wellness day event together with a food option and schedule different activities. Also If you would like to provide any Neal’s Yard Remedies Gifts at your workshop let me know in advance.
My first community workshop in November 2023 was a joint workshop focusing on Sleep. Then I focused on constant troublesome aches in the body, then a relaxation workshop to help Quiet the mind, then a workshop to show through Mindfulness that the brain needs an upgrade and you are enough, then a workshop for stress and headaches to show that you can do so much to eliminate them, and a workshop to help you calm the mind and body when overwhelm strikes. I kicked off 2025 with a craft & relaxation workshop to show Mindfulness isn’t all about meditation and the chunky wool self care bags made looked amazing. What would you like me to host next?
