I really love doing these large & small group workshops as they are heart led, but I need your help to build a community for us to come together and take some time out for self -care. Navigating this modern life can be tough sometimes, and the tools I touch on really do help from the many lovely comments you have given me. Thoroughly relaxed and the best night’s sleep is amongst my most popular workshop comments, and I know it’s because I have eased your mind as well as your body. You need both to relax. I take client confidentiality very seriously and do not ask anyone to disclose their name, treatment or how they felt after their holistic therapy with me for an online review. Your time with me is just for you.

What Information Do I Need?
I need your contact details, your: name, phone number, address, postcode and email address. We will also need information about your age and health in order for a treatment to go ahead.

I need all the details above in order to ensure that it is safe for me to provide the treatments you may ask for, and also for my insurance purposes. I will store your information for 7 years after the date of your treatment, or for 7 years after you have reached the age of 18 if you are/were under 18 when your treatment took place. My lawful basis for processing this personal information is ‘contract’, this means that I have a legal reason to ask you for your data because I need it for contractual reasons. You do not have to share your personal data with me, but if you do not I cannot offer you a treatment with Karen Gibson Natural Beauty. You must fulfil your side of the contract (share your personal information) in order for me to fulfil mine (carry out treatment).
