Holistic & Mindfulness Stress Management Course Therapies

Big high five from me for clicking here! By validating that you need to start working on reducing your stress & tension will help you immediately. Start by taking some slow, deep relaxing breathes and say, ” It’s time for a change, that is the old me, here comes the new relaxed, reenergised, loving life, living more free me!” Go on give it a try and see how you feel before reading anymore.

If you felt a little more relaxed, a little more positive then I would say that you could help reset your dysregulated nervous system with a course of three therapies. Now if you didn’t even try or you feel blank, or numb, then you would need to consider a course of at least six therapies. You need to rewire your brain to actively deal with how you are right now, and to reset to become a less stressed you. It’s a life style choice with you in control.

Signs of a dysregulated nervous system are:

Psychological symptoms: Mood swings, anxiety, stress, depression, and irritability.

Physical symptoms: Headaches, weakened immune system, chronic pain, muscle tension, and insomnia.

Cognitive symptoms: Memory problems, oversensitivity to stimuli, being easily overwhelmed, and difficulty concentrating.

Using a combination of Holistic Therapies to target your symptoms of stress this course will offer you support when you need it to help you feel grounded, get you back on track to feel more like the positive, balanced you, at home with yourself enjoying life. Minimum 3 week required for full vagus nerve reset benefits. First introductory Mindfulness session appointment includes a consultation to determine the best course for you, and what area you would like to start working on – general stress, anxiety, sleep, tension, overwhelm, oversensitivity etc.

This course does not replace any medical treatments, counselling, or advise given from your healthcare provider, and if you are on any medications please let me know before your appointment.

Introductory Mindfulness Session  for Stress Management

Mindfulness isn’t just a way to a pleasant, peaceful way of life; many people use it as a tool to manage their own stress, anxiety and depression. A Mindfulness practice can support any medical treatment already being used for some psychological conditions, and it’s important to seek professional help from professional sources first. This session’s focus is to teach practical exercises and guidelines to help bring Mindfulness into your daily life. To reduce your stress and anxiety you need to learn Mindfulness as this factor makes the difference by being present, aware and making a small space between the trigger and the reaction.

Each session lasts an hour and is adapted to suit your focus. Whatever the cause of your stress learning Mindfulness can change how you handle each day, and focus on restoring calm. Some of you may need follow up sessions and that can be discussed after your first session. Remember that you need to be honest with yourself and if you think you need to rethink how you are living then book this as a taster session. I do not need to know anything about your situation just show you how to live Mindfully by examples and exercises.

“We are addicted to our thoughts. We cannot change anything if we cannot change our thinking.” Santosh Kalwar

Sessions are available Monday – Saturday.
