100% success rate in improving your headaches & tension is the results I get from this course.
After many years as a holistic therapist I can see that today’s lifestyle is very stressful and the effects on us as human beings is not what we are designed for. Stress comes in many forms and the only way to reverse the negative affects you are feeling is to STOP and acknowledge that you want to feel better and therefore have better enjoyment out of your life. When you come in to me for a therapy and on return appointment you tell me your last massage was great and I am am fantastic because it lifted your tension and headache all seems fine. Then when you tell me at your consultation that you have had more headaches before your appointment this is not what I want to hear! I want you be thriving for a lot longer than that, and I feel uneasy because I know that you can help yourself but you don’t know the tools. My mission as a holistic therapist is not for you to ever need my services but to enjoy my services as a stepping stone to your best life ever.
So I spent around two years putting this course together so that I could teach you the necessary tools to help. No one is the same as you, no one has had the same life journey as you, therefore I need to teach you individually to be your own healer. The tools learnt should be your first go to and not pain meds unless your are under medical care. Whilst researching and perfecting my teaching skills I literally sat my clients down after their therapy and showed them what to do in bits and pieces, and each time they came back, what I had showed them had worked. I knew it would but I needed them to try it out for themselves to give them the confidence it would help, as well as give me the confidence to come out with this teaching course. I launched my course in in 2022 and this course has been helping my clients live instead of just existing.
Come and learn how to read your body and mind so that you can give yourself that much needed upgrade. Everything else gets upgraded so why not you? You need to know how to work your human machine as you were not born with headaches, stress or tension and it is your responsibility to sort it to be a happier person.
My Stress & Headache Management course will be a structured to run over as many months that you need to encourage you to adapt your new mind-set, and slowly build up the daily changes required to improve your quality of life. If you don’t have headaches then My Journey to OK Workshop is your starting point (info body Page). With headaches I need to combine massage with your lesson so this course is a longer appointment. Also my stress management therapies are on my holistic page.
Each session starts off with holistic techniques freeing the tensions in the body, therefore enabling all your body systems to function as they should. Course one includes a personalised full assessment to understand your muscular concerns and relevant medical history. Homecare information is given for you to work on at home at your own pace. This course starts your journey into you and focuses on the areas of most discomfort first. The course structure enables you to build on your body management skills at each session, and then brings your awareness to your mind and just like your body it needs a break from time to time. This course is designed around you and combines all my therapies. A minimum of three workshops is usually required to learn all the necessary homecare information for life, and also to release tension built up in your body until you have adapted your new routine, and are working through mindfulness to what your body needs each day.
Please note that only taking one workshop is better than taking none. You will get results from taking only one workshop and please allow yourself to start somewhere!
Allowing yourself to start active self-care where you will learn how to successfully give yourself regular breaks from everything at a time that suits you works. A relaxed and happy you is the end goal of this course. See it as a journey with no time limit (or pressure) because as you know Rome wasn’t built in a day. Are you ready to begin? You are worth the Investment in yourself.
Please check with your healthcare professional that you are suitable for massage and Chi Gung postures before your appointment if you suffer from debilitating migraines. This course is still for you but you must go at a slower pace. I will contact you before your appointment to assess your suitability for this combined therapies course. I may recommend a massage or my Journey to OK course first.

What Causes Headaches? It was once believed that there were only two simple origins of headaches. Vascular headaches, such as migraines, occurred when blood vessels that supplied the brain and muscles of the head and neck dilated or were constricted. Tension headaches were thought to result from the tensing and contracting of muscles of the head, face, and neck in response to physical stress, such as injury or emotional distress.
Today, it is understood that there are complex chemical changes in the brain associated with headache pain. Tension headaches are associated with neurochemicals in the brain —varying levels of serotonin, endorphins and other chemicals that serve as neurotransmitters (substances that nerves use to send messages to one another) helping nerves to communicate.
These chemical changes observed in headache sufferers may cause, or be caused by, muscle tension. It is possible that tensed muscles in the neck and scalp may trigger a headache in someone with altered neurochemical levels or, on the other hand, the neck and scalp muscles may be tensing in response to these neurochemical changes. The rise and fall of these chemicals are thought to not only activate pain pathways to the brain but also interfere with the brain’s own capacity to suppress the pain.
Massage therapy and Energy Skill (Chi Gung) postures can effectively ease the muscle tension that causes headaches. Combine this with a daily relaxed and calm you stops the never ending cycle of tight muscles and then headaches. That is what this course is all about, and the most important thing is that if you put the work in it works. Are you ready for change? A new happier you is waiting!
How Massage Can Help With Migraine Pain
Migraines will often be accompanied by neck and shoulder pain, muscle tension, and other related symptoms. Massage therapy can help alleviate pain in those areas by releasing muscle tension, improving blood flow, and easing muscle spasms. There are a variety of massage techniques that can target these areas to provide relief from migraines and even prevent them in the future.
Not only can massage therapy keep your muscles relaxed, but it can also lower stress levels and help with your overall emotional state. If you find that migraines are a recurring pattern in your life, then stress and anxiety may be a contributing factor. Studies have shown that when people are experiencing a lot of stress, their hormone levels may go up or down and this could trigger a migraine to occur.
One of the most well-known health benefits of massage therapy is its ability to lower stress levels. A consistent massage therapy routine can prevent stress and migraines from occurring.
Pressure point techniques that focus on muscle lines, nerve pathways, and blood vessels are useful for helping with migraine symptoms. These can be a great way to relieve pressure in the face.
That is why massage pressure point techniques are great for alleviating migraine pain.
