Emotional Freedom Release Workshop Course “ZAP THOSE GREMLINS”

Emotional Freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative cutting-edge energy medicine tool to help you manage chronic stress, physical pain and emotional distress. This mind-set technique also helps overcome limiting beliefs, fears and self esteem issues. It’s one of the most effective mind-body techniques used worldwide today for clearing emotional blocks, and there is no area of your life where it can’t be used. EFT is a mind/body tool that clears physical and emotional blocks from your energy system with nothing more than your fingers and intention. It is primarily a self-help tool using tapping points. This is why EFT is often called “tapping”.

It often works where other interventions have failed and Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, is famous for saying “Try it on everything”.

EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments but without the invasiveness of needles. Instead, simple tapping with the fingertips is used on specific meridians on the head, face, hand and chest while you think about your specific problem – this can be whatever event, pain, unwanted behaviours or negative issue you would like to release. it is also used to create positive emotional states, achieved desired goals and reach higher states of health, well-being and resilience.

EFT is good for health, wealth, and happiness. It can be used for relationships, motivation, work and play. You can apply it to any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual stumbling block. It doesn’t matter how long you have had the problem, EFT can help resolve it. Whatever your problem appears to be, EFT is worth a try. Think outside the box of conventional medicine, psychotherapy and “wisdom”.

I am a certified EFT Practitioner and you can either come for individual sessions or for my recommended Zap Those Gremlins Course. Please note that a couple of minute tapping instruction online or at a class is not the same as EFT in therapy. Each of us is at different stages of our lives and as a qualified practitioner I help you reveal and release your blocks with different approaches. You can bake a cake different ways and that’s how we are as humans. I help you find your EFT recipe for your own individual success.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE THERAPY 1st SESSION

At your first EFT session, I will simply teach you the basic EFT procedure and do all the tapping until you feel comfortable with the technique. This is a must for everyone to fit in at least once and learn this self-help tool. You need to work individually with an EFT therapist to ensure your understanding and approach to EFT is correct. The recipient remains fully clothed and sits on a chair during an EFT session.

If you are suffering from anxiety and overwhelm I recommend this EFT session to learn the basic EFT practice so that it can be used as your anxiety calming tool first. Then when you feel more in control and if you are struggling with any issues affecting your inner peace I will work through your issues at your own pace after your first session if necessary. I know that not everyone is ready to fully heal and will not want to work on all their issues but working on even one of them will help you start to get emotional peace. Positivity and healing comes from action to move forward and this is a good start. I don’t need to know your issues as you take this proven results mind-body tool and work on your issue at home.

ZAP THOSE GREMLINS COURSE

Start your journey into your own emotional freedom where you are feeling in control of your own life, and ready to let go of anything that is not serving you anymore. You will start with a gentle invitation to look under your bonnet with an acknowledgement that you are holding some stress around this area of your life, gain tools and knowledge for you to move forward for true emotional freedom release.

Starting your enquiry into your emotional health needs you to be on steady feet with grounding tools and Mindfulness awareness, and this is how I start your emotional release journey. I have made the decision that teaching you a one day Level 1 EFT therapy style course is not how I would like to deliver this powerful tool for successful emotional freedom release. My Holistic and Life Coaching experience has gained me the insight, skills and knowledge into delivering you a supported and step by step workshop style course for impactful and successful results.

Course combines all my certified practitioner qualifications for an all round holistic approach. At the end of the course you will have a full understanding of how to progress in your emotional health, and know how to use Emotional Freedom Technique steps successfully on how to release it from your physical body to thrive. This workshop course is structured over 6/8 weeks and all dates are booked before commencing the first workshop. This courses success requires commitment from you, and time allocated after the workshop to put in necessary work from each lesson. Deposit payment required for each workshop. Pricing on request.

Week 1: Emotional Resilience building knowledge and science backed tools to start your journey into you. The “basic recipe” Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) procedure, it’s history and thinking behind how it works on your mind-body systems is explained for you to reduce your stress around your emotional health. EFT can be used on practically anything with proven results. Homecare worksheets to be completed for next workshop to start your journey into your emotional health and zapping those Gremlins!

Week 2: Delving a little deeper with Mindfulness Practices to bring awareness and non-judgmental enquiry into how you are truly feeling about your different issues to start your emotional release journey. Knowledge and understanding how emotions get trapped in your body and how they actually feel inside your body to befriend them, with full understanding of how to use the EFT procedure successfully. Homecare worksheets to be completed for you to delve deeper into the issues that you need to release and let go off.

Week 3: Concluding course workshop for understanding your full emotional release journey through awareness, observation and noticing any barriers or self-sabotage. Understanding the role of gratitude and compassion when facing challenging times. Tools and techniques for when it’s difficult to let go, or how to observe your issues from a different angle with knowledge on how your brain can hinder your progress. You will leave this course ready to embrace your own healing journey and complete your full peace process with positive inspiration and momentum to reach your true emotional freedom.

This course does not replace the need for medical help when needed. This course is not for trauma therapy and please seek help from your medical practitioner if you feel you need help. This is not a counselling course and is for information and inspirational purposes with science backed tools and techniques.
