Massage techniques available include Swedish, aromatherapy, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, hot stone, advanced relaxation massage, acupressure, and energy massage. For all back massages, hot stones and aromatherapy essential oils are incorporated. Please make an effort not to hurry before or after your massage session.
The following treatments are perfectly suited for relaxation purposes and are also suitable for teaching. They are ideal for maintenance treatments after attending the Journey to Wellness workshop. Wear loose clothing for stretch-based massage treatments, as they may include a combination of standing, mat, and couch-based therapies depending on your specific needs.

These workshops are thoughtfully curated, recognizing the busy schedules many of you maintain, so they are designed to be comprehensive and efficient. We understand that attending weekly courses can be challenging, so we’ve condensed the content into each session, allowing you to absorb the knowledge and practical skills.
After each workshop, we encourage you to allocate dedicated thinking time, free from distractions, as this is where the real transformation begins. True change is driven by taking action and applying the insights gained during our sessions, which is why we space the workshops over a month to enable you to work on these tools before returning for the next one.
