So where and how do you start?
Lots of you will not have a self-care plan in place and will wonder how to do this. Simply pick a day and time that you know you won’t be disturbed and write this in your diary or set an alarm on your phone. With this time take a look at your current habits, observe where you are now and how you feel. Identify your self-care needs which are all the things you do to take care of your well-being in four key dimensions – your emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual health. Then choose to start working on any of these areas over the next year by actively learning about your needs and simple tools to support you.
Read over my workshop list and whatever shouts loudest to you is where you should start. Relieving muscular aches and getting a good night’s sleep is normally a good place to start with my workshops.
