THIS IS NOT AN EXERCISE CLASS

If you can’t sleep due to a busy, overwhelmed mind then let’s do something about that together. Proven science based tools taught here. This is followed by a seated head, jaw, neck, shoulder & upper body tension releasing with mindfulness purposeful body postures that work. This is followed by an easy standing based ability Chi Gung relaxation practice to release body stress and promote full body relaxation. You will finish either seated or on the mat (you choose) for an Aromatherapy soothing ritual with a sleep inducing guided visualisation to switch of your body & mind. have a good night’s rest. The only question you have

is “how much can I let my body relax?”

Starting with a stress releasing tapping meditation to

help you unload your week, then a tension releasing

energy skill practice to ease tight, tense or sore

muscles. Finishing on the mat with Guided Imagery,

aromatherapy senses, and hot stones on your heart

chakra to help you really switch off and relax to truly

unwind for the best deep sleep.

experienced holistic therapists with a wealth of knowledge and

qualifications in mulitidisciplinaries. Gillian and I believe that it is

important to take time out to focus on self – care, but we also

understand the busy and hectic lives that we lead stopping us

from taking time out for ourselves. So we are going to help you

do this by offering a celebration workshop where you can

combine your get togethers with some much needed relaxation.

We offer a couple of different workshops and this can be

discussed at booking. Suitable for a mix of ages coming

MOTIVATIONAL MINDFULNESS INFORMATION

Are you ready to raise your spiritual vibration?

This next workshop course comes from my heart and is an

opportunity to shift your path slightly. It is designed for

educational and inspirational purposes to help guide you on your

spiritual path. This course is not intended to ‘fix’ what’s so, but

rather deepen ‘whats’s possible in your life.

 

If i asked you today “Are you living your best life and the best

version of yourself?” How would you reply? Deep down in our

hearts we ignore how we really feel and that many of us are not

living our best life. If we raised our spiritual vibration to attract

what we want we can be happier by letting the power to change

our reality flow through us. Your spiritual vibration is the energy

within us and it plays a large part in controlling our thoughts

, emotions, and actions. To live a fulfilling, happier and healthier

life, raising your vibration is important and so is matching your

vibe with what you want and desire.

 

Philosophers say a spiritual awakening happens when your soul

decides to wake up and influence your thought process and

changes the definition of your needs and wants completely.

Spiritual awakening is when you are ready for a transformation.

So if you feel all over the place, relationships seem different

, and life is not the same anymore, then you are probably in the

middle of a spiritual awakening.

MOTIVATIONAL MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP COURSE

course from my pricelist page. Remember that no matter who

you are, what your training is, whether you have taken self care

workshops a few times, read a self care book, think you have no

time to fit this in, YOU need to be in control of your life. The

only way to make sure your hopes, dreams align with you, and

you have life fulfillment is to be continually working on what you

want and need through living mindfully with continual support.

 

Who you were 10 yrs a go, 1yr a go, 6 months a go or even last

week doesn’t matter. What does matter is who you are today,

want do you want from life today as you may not be the same

person as before. Life happens and we grow and change at

different rates and this growth is a fundamental need that you

are born with. Ignore this and you will feel discontented in most

areas of your life. Putting yourself last and ignoring your own

needs only leads to a melt down and feeling like a basket case.

And yes I have worn that t-shirt!

 

Please come back later to my website and do this if you are not

free right now – set an alarm on your phone. So take a few slow,

deep breaths in and out and think do I need to get flow back in

my life and actually start enjoying myself again? Say to yourself

” I know that I feel my life feels unbalanced right now but I

Love and support myself. I will start working on my self care

over the next year to fully be me “. This positive mantra will

help you relax and see the bigger picture that self care is not a

race and even one small step towards figuring you out helps

. NOBODY can figure themselves out in a week and you need to

let go of this idea that it will come quickly. Relax take a

workshop and just BEGIN. You are worth it.

 

This course is best taken in order but if thats not possible thats

ok too, as each workshop content has different tools and focus.

MOTIVATIONAL MINDFULNESS COURSE ONE

Why do you need to to this? This will help give you the motivation to get started when you understand the working of the body and mind, and how you are actually showing up in the world. This workshop makes you think, observe and open your eyes to the real you and most of all, let you see that everyone needs to do this continually in their lives. Understanding your brain is key to your happiness and everyone has something to learn from this workshop. All tools and information learnt is backed by science (anatomy) and research.

MOTIVATIONAL MINDFULNESS COURSE TWO

Where do you start? This is where you will start to unpack you in a safe and controlled way. You will be able to decide where you want to start, and changing one small thing is all that is required to get you started and it is enjoyable. You will be able to set your own timeframe for you to unpack your life and this is not a race. Lots of you may want to do this workshop on a yearly basis to help keep you in the right direction for you. Simple tools learnt but effective.

MINDFULNESS MOTIVATION COURSE THREE

Take back control! This is where you will really start to understand all the things that you want to add to your life for complete fulfillment. You will learn how to keep yourself motivated to take the necessary action required to get this by working on keeping your own amazing inspiration alive.

MINDFULNESS MOTIVATION COURSE FOUR

How to maintain this! Learning how to deal with others and situations around you is paramount to success. We all need boundaries and to learn how to respond and not react to what happens in our lives. Other people cannot drain your life force energy and you need the tools to recognise this in order for you to maintain your boundaries. Learning some harsh truths about other people is a game changer to how other people affect you in life.

How to deal with Anxiety and Stress! If you are feeling like you are coping or surviving and are continually stressed then you need to understand how this feels in your own body. By learning through a deeper understanding of your brain and mindfulness, and other tools you will start to understand how you are actually magnifying the negatives in your life.

MOTIVATIONAL MINDFULNESS COURSE SIX

Stop holding on to emotional baggage that you can’t shake and is not serving you anymore. Emotional freedom Technique is a reliable researched method used by professionals to help you release unhelpful negative emotions. Understanding your brain and how it processes past events and your emotions is a valuable tool in understanding how to free yourself from anything that is holding you back.

MOTIVATIONAL MINDFULNESS COURSE SEVEN

How to find your own inspiration and hold on to it! How to notice when you are stuck in a rut and the steps to take to you being your true authentic self. More information soon. This workshop is designed also for you to repeat time and time again to help you stay on track with your own self care journey throughout life.

SLEEP HEALTH WORKSHOP

This workshop is for when you are completely exhausted all the

time and you need help to reset your natural sleep cycle. It is a

working workshop and not similar to my Big Sleep workshops.

It helps you understand your sleep cycle, learn how to calm

the mind and relax the body to make sleep happen.

You will learn how to understand the information your body is

telling you and whether you are unconsciously sabotaging

your own sleep cycle.

You need to deal with emotional issues otherwise you will

stay awake.
